Austin Sunshine Camps is one of the only overnight camp experiences in Central Texas that is free of charge. A survey of local camps shows that weekly overnight options cost $775 to $2,200/week.

The American Camp Association found that summer camps prepare young adults for college, career and life through mentorships, building interpersonal relationship skills, instilling an appreciation for individual differences, establishing independence, and encouraging participants to take on personal responsibility.

Our Keepers Program vision is to foster sustainable growth by creating a dedicated source of revenue to support Austin Sunshine Camps’ mission of providing the magic of overnight camp without the barrier of cost.
